These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and vinpak governing your use of the vinpak platform, including all casino games, sports betting services, and financial transactions conducted in PKR. Please read these terms carefully before accessing your account.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vinpak login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. All activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. vinpak strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your account.
If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify vinpak immediately via the platform's live chat or support channels. vinpak will suspend the account and investigate promptly. vinpak is not liable for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
Account Closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting vinpak support. vinpak reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its discretion, including for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or failure to complete KYC verification.
All financial transactions on vinpak are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). vinpak supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, and 1LINK. Supported methods and their applicable limits are subject to change and will be displayed within your account dashboard.
Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Deposits are credited to your vinpak wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. vinpak is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or mobile network service interruptions. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted.
Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed subject to:

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which vinpak holds its international gaming license. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law in your country of residence.
vinpak and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the governing jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms, subject first to the internal complaints procedure described in Section 15.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
